Hello!

1.Do you think I should do revisions after delivering the final web design file to the customer? What should I do in case of the buyer not liking the design?
2.Should I offer 7 days refund or 14 days refund? I mean does this matter?
3.When the buyer tells me they need for example a blog , exactly what other details I should ask for?
4.Is it legal to offer web design services on hacking forums???
5. Apart from accepting payments with paypal.me, what are the best freelancing websites to offer such services? I mean do you recommend working on fiverr if I wish to make some money?

Yes but for limited revisions. So they do not take advantage of you.

Since it's web design, I don't think you should. Here's why. After you deliver the final code to them, they should be satisfied . Therefore there's no need for money back guarantee.

Show them your portfolio.

It depends on your local law. Usually it's legal. Because you're not taking part in any hacking activity.

Hi!

1. You should revise as long as terms stated in your service page and customers original order aren't met. Also, some additional terms may be added through the length of the project. I recommend that once you are done you explicitly say that it's a completed service and ask the customer if their demands are met. Once they say YES you do not revise anymore. If they keep bugging you to constantly revise some random crap I recommend you cut the asshole off and move on, but these will be rare.
2. Answered in 1. When you agree it's done, well it's done.
3. Type of blog, as in affiliate/product review blog or whatever. Also as accurate niche as possible and you can ask them how they plan to monetize so you can offer suggestions and adjust your design around it.
4. I don't quite understand this but as long as you are not breaking the law (creating websites for terrorists) or breaking the TOS of the forum you will be fine. I doubt terrorists and hackers need pancake niche blogs.
5. I can recommend fiverr as a place to do business, but not a place to find customers as it's crowded. Same goes for other big freelance sites. They have moved into being a safe place to do business with 3rd party protection for employers and employees, NOT a place where customers can just run into you and hire you. If you can advertise your gig from these websites elsewhere and bring in customers then you'll be golden. Also look into opening a BST here, it's literally 27 times better than those websites. With the paygate you can actually be discovered here as there is less competition in the market.
