Try Rufus ( http://rufus.akeo.ie/ ) to format the drive. If it still doesn't work properly after you've done it, throw the drive away and get a new one - I wouldn't risk putting any data on it.

try deleting the partition of the usb and then create another one. be careful and make sure you are deleting the partition of the USB and not your own hard drive. google: "how to delete partition on USB" and "how to create primary partition on USB" or find a free software that does that automatically if you're not comfortable with the command prompt.

If you are using Windows you can just right click on the drive and you should see the option to format it.

Here you go...This shows you how to format it yourself..Do not use 3rd party's for this...Its easy..Not sure if your running Windows 7 or not.

if you're saying that every time you stick a files on your flashdrive the file is corrupted, i would suggest you buy a new one.
I wouldn't risk putting important files on that USB stick.
one more thing, always safely remove your flashdrive out of your computer.
