    Try tubeurl.com

Or better you can just set htaccess redirect (go buy hosting) or html redirect. Both are painfully simple and take just 1 minute to set up.

    I like http://www.dwarfurl.com

works like tinyurl, plus you can password protect it, so you can view stats on the links later.

Plus I'm kinda into dwarfs and midget transvestites, so it works out good for me.

Buy a host and a universal domain like for example reviewhostel.com

Then add your affiliate links or what ever links you want to hide using the directory folder as the link.

so if I was going to hide my affiliate link for example a adsense book I would do something like this
    reviewhostel.com/bestadsenseguide/

and then use a simple redirect script as the index.php or just use .htaccess to redirect to you link.

Actually USE .htaccess to redirect to you affiliate link.

    Best regards,
    Egill St.
p.s. If you also want search engines to pick your link up and crawl your site, you could actually have a review about the ebook on the reviewhostel.com/bestadsenseguide/ url and then have the link to the product using your affiliate link reviewhostel.com/bestadsenseguide/details/ and make the htaccess redirect to the product site with your affiliate ID.
Search engines will not ban your site and you look more legit doing this.

http://www.linkerto.com/ is good because you can use an anchor keyword as well.
