    Hi guys,

    My situation is this.

Ive set up an affiliate marketing site. Its very niche, based around just 1 retailer, but the search volume for the keywords im targeting is very high.

I have a decent relationship with the affiliate guy from the company, told him about the new site ive set up, but he said that affiliate sites cannot have the company brand name in the domain (which mine does)

Im using pretty link to mask my affiliate links.

    For example.

    affiliatesite1 . com/5-percent-off

Is the URL a visitor sees when hovering over it and clicking through, which then redirects them to the company website with my affiliate tracking ID.

I have a few sites so ive just set the pretty links up on another site, for example

marketingsite2 . com/5-percent-off is now my affiliate link which appears on affiliatesite1 . com

Will this redirect bypass the affiliates regulations, or will i need to set up a new site, and redirect each of my pages to my new domain, and add a canonical tag to each of the pages on my old site?

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks
