Redirect Rotate Script?

hey guys how do i redirect and rotate offers??

i know the script redirect

ex:

HTML:

<script>window.parent.location.href="http://www.Affiliate1.com"</script>

but what i want is it will choose any URL and rotate my offers..?

anyone??
