Redirect My social media visitor to domain

Can I redirect my social media visitor to domain B instant of domain A (which is my website domain) to trick google that traffic not coming from social media and also count them as do follow link...

I can print the link if A domain in B domain and require from visitor to click the url of A domain

How is GA know the link was forwarded or not?
