Google: "womens brooks addiction 14 reviews" and we see: e-vahy.eu (serp below) - not ranking great, but then it redirects to https://www.seprace.com/ ....was there ever a landing page or is this a black hat scheme?

They're simply cloaking the website/pages to redirect users to some offers,
Just a usual old one, do make a search on this and you'll get the idea
