Redirect a single page of my website to my homepage, how to redirect properly seowise

    I want to redirect a page of my website to my homepage where i want to include the redirected page content.

    What is the best way to do the redirect keeping seo in mind?

    set up a 301 redirect. This is what i do and havent seen no downside in my redirect pageranks or anything like that.

    But their might be a better solution not sure this is what i used any never had a problem. Let see what someone says who business is SEO they will know better then me.

    +1 for what sapo had to say on it.

    301 redirect is the search engine friendly way to go about permanently redirecting a page to a new location.

    301 redirect is the best way to get on with your requirement.

    301 redirect for sure. Add the redirected page as an include on your home page. You need to be careful you don't get into a redirect loop... you may have to copy the original page as a separate file for inclusion on the home page.
