Reddit traffic to tumblr blog

I'm new in reddit and I was wondering if there is a way to generate traffic from reddit to a tumblr blog.

I'll really appreciate your help.

Most social media sites are banned on reddit, because people used them for spamming. But if you build a following on reddit, you can funnel that traffic to tumblr.

There is a way to send traffic to my personal blog ("MyblogSite.com")?

Right now I have about 300 followers on reddit. How get the traffic using my followers ?
