Reddit and Blogging ?? is it a nice combo ?

Hello , i would like to know if i will get a lot of traffic by posting to reddit , digg regularly , i will also like to know how many links i can send daily there .. also what kind of content they ban there

Digg has gone to shit since v4, it seems a lot easier to get your stuff on the front page though (if you have quality content). Reddit is very niche and very against blogspam (which is what I'm guessing you'll be doing), so unless you have killer content you'll get down-voted into oblivion
