Try to contact the support at https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000600232 and it could take a few weeks to receive their reply.
Most of the time you would want to start on a new account.

well seems that is a permanent ban, if you were following the rules contact support and appeal the ban but coming from reddit is a small chance they will revert it,, still is worth the try, good luck!
