There are limits place like maximum one can win is 20 USD. So, this is not going to make anyone rich.

Copy trading is a practice that consists of copying trades of an experienced trader. On Binance, you can copy trades of successful trader, if they authorize it.
On the broader blockchain, you can copy the trade of virtually anyone.
However it is definitely hard to actually be successful at copy trading, the person that you are copying is sometimes playing a different game, with a different capital, or accept way higher risk than you, etc.
