If I got algorithm penalty for bad outbound link (example my website link to bad or redirected page), how many times I need to wait to recover after removed link? And this is penguin or panda penalty? What can I do to boost recover? I already updated my sitemap in google webmaster tool.

What kind of "bad site" you actually talking about? Like a virus site?

Nope, like a domani site with redirect to another domain, I mean I cloaked url for users, without no follow or anything. i removed this links one month ago, but penalties is still there.

So how was the link cloaked?
And a redirected domain isn't bad to link to.

Why do you think you're penalized?

I think this because I have two website with content writed myself and unique, that never have got any penalties. When I add this link in my websites, after one month I got penalties. The link scheme was this: user click link in my website->go to the domain that redirect to another domain.

    I lost about 70% traffic.

Did you try to hide the link from web crawlers?

What kind of backlinks have you built to the site?
