    Hi mate,

not sure what you have done so far. but take that hard drive out of the system and plug that(make sure you set the jumpers to slave) to your second PC, then download a recovery program, Recover my file etc and run it to recover all your files.

Good luck... (be warned if you recover your ex's naked pics - not my fault ok :p)

Don't put in any files or move files at all for now.
I use powerdatarecovery for deleted files but haven't used
    for partition.

There are comments showing it worked for the users.

I just added a file after I formatted the file, I know is dangerous to add file, but when I added this file I didn't know I formatted the hard drive accidentally.
I tried stellar phoenis but didn't retrieve anything, I used EASUS Data Recovery Wizard and retrieve some files but I didn't accpted to retrieve, I would like to know if there is a better software than that.

I doubt a free software can be any good a to be trusted, right?
    Thank you

I used a recovery software for "WinPE" version, what is this OS?
May I use this for a desktop computer with Windows7?

I also used getdataback for ntfs, it takes for a while to read the old info, but most of the times I can see my folders and start saving to another drive.

The correct procedure to follow would be to take an Image from your hard drive and then work on that.
There are various programs to take an image but i would recomend you this http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-Raw-Copy-Tool/ which is freeware
and does the job just fine. This ensures that nothing gets overwritten during your recovery attempts and that you preserve the integrity of your data.
Afterwards you can use various tools to recover data. They all give similar results but some give better than others. For NTFS partitions get data back for NTFS always gave me good results but you could propably use other tools too.
If you need to recover photos I would strongly suggest to use photorec which is another free but best in class tool which you can find http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec. With multiple cases I found out that it gives the best possible results recovering photos.

If your partition isn't NTFS report back and I ll propose a tool that suits you.

Do not use your hard disk until performing data restoration from it?. For best data recovery, try Remo Recover application. It restores all file types safely and quickly.
