Worst advice ever.
First, I'd say bitcoin and crypto are bullish. But let's say you do not agree, still bad advice, here's why:

Smaller crypto always do much much worse than bitcoin in a bear market, so you'd much better at shorting some other coin.
If bitcoin goes down, everything goes down even more badly.

In crypto there are many scams, shitcoins etc - those are also gems to find, if you can short them, it can be very profitable.

There are no such websites. If you trust a coin, you can buy it from a good exchange like binance.
 
You should look into dogecoin and cardano.
