Recommend me private proxy provider who use only un/pw

There are a couple of sellers on bhw who sell proxies with un/pw (no ip authentication.)

Who would you recommend i can also use who have these credentials?

You may find places that will sell w/o Userass, but not usually w/o IP auth. You can always leave the IP auth form blank and null it out, then just use your Userass with the proxies. In my experience though, proxies will typically work better with an IP auth'd. I'll actually auth my IP's then go ahead and use the auth info behind them anyway. It's a bit redundant, but I've found that sometimes even with the IP auth'd I'll get prompted for my info, so to avoid any probs I just through it on there to be safe.

Everyone will have their own recommendations as to who's best, and a lot will depend on what you'll be using the proxies for. As a general recommendation I'd say to check out SSLPrivateProxy. Their proxies are the highest quality, and they'll work with you to help if they can on their end. It's going to really come down to what you need them for really. I've got a few places I use specifically depending on what I'm doing at that time, but their proxies are a high quality and should be good for almost any situation.
