I have an idea in mind which would involve some simple email/form site-up.
I am on CJ but get rejected by the usual AFF/matchmaker vendors since i am not residing in the US.
Anyone recommend a GOOD CPA/email submit/PPI with at least $2 per signup?

btw. i set up a nice framing site on WP using CPA redirector and CPA framer...those are some kickass plugins...i just need a good CPA so i can start with the action!
