I was wondering if anyone could recommend a service that can expedite building lists on Twitter? Either drag and drop, or sorting functions, etc. I follow about 15,000 people on my personal twitter and several within that follower count are people I do know and want to read tweets from, so of course i want to add them to a separate list.

The problem is that sitting there and scrolling to the start of the people I follow and manually adding each one is a BEAST, and then i tried using Twitilist and it only loads the last 1,000 people that I followed.

Any recommendations of a work around to make list building easier?

TweetDeck is pretty good, but I'm not sure if it will help much as far as time saving.

I'll look around and see if I can find something.

Twitlist or Listorious <-- google them
Haven't tried either of them... But maybe they will help.
