One of my Dad's good friends has been with Amway for about 25 years now. He is doing really well. I've heard a lot of bad things about Amway in the past, but not too much about them recently. It sounds like they have quite a lot of products, no longer just weird supplements and beauty. This isn't really internet marketing, its more personal referrals. I have no real interest in selling the products, but I do have a lot of friends that I'm sure would be interested in making some more money, and I know that's what its all about.

There is a really ugly Dateline episode about Quickstar.

    This is a MLM corporation.

I know most of these are total pyramid style scams, but the guy has actually made a great impression on me (unlike other people in similar MLM where they are desperately tryin to get you to buy their shitty stuff)

I believe it was Amway, then Quickstar (I think that Quickstar got sued), and now it is back to Amway.

Can't really help you there -- I've heard mixed reviews.

I'm sure you can be successful with it if you are motivated to make it work.

There are a lot of really bad reviews, especially from the early 2000s. However, it seems like they've opened up their market substantially and partnered with quite a few big brands. However, its still MLM... those people who are often pestering their friends and whoever they meet in McDonalds about buying their XS energy drinks...

Thats what a lot of people have said, but I personally know a guy who's had a ton of success with it.
