I have been doing CB marketing since last year and recently found some dishonest practices by some vendors that CB are doing nothing to them. By posting the thread here, I hope you could stay away from those vendors. And maybe you could share your similar experiences also. Dishonest Vendor #1: Kxxe Leon: That seller has a series of popular products sold in the CB marketplace. What he did is really simple. He just placed his owned affiliate links the official sites. That means, even though a transaction is made through your affiliate link, the commission would still be credited to the vendor himself. I could say the practice is as shameful as stealing. I know many people have reported that to CB but CB seems do nothing to the vendor. Dishonest Vendor #2: Ken Silxxr: That vendor owns the most popular lottery product in the Clickbank marketplace. He promised to give affiliates a 75% commission rate at the beginning. However, after getting enough traffic he just lower the commission rate to 1%, yup, it's 1%. As an affiliate you spent money and effort on marketing your site, but you will literally make nothing when the vendor lower the commission rate to 1%. You are doing nothing wrong, but you lose. I have reported those sellers to CB and the response is that CB think those vendors are not violating their rules and so what I can do is just to stay away from them at my freesom. But of course, money and time are wasted. WTF.
