Recent Comment Blog List

I know that having the recent comments appear on a blog can greatly help build links temporarily and sometimes they last.

Does anyone have a list of blogs that show the recent comments on the sidebar?

I have a few, but unfortunately I cannot post links ion here yet. as soon as I can I will share some useful directory and do follow .edu and .gov lists that i have compiled. hopefully by that time those sites won't be full of SPAM and have new commenting policies.
