I'm getting a lot of visits from Google these days. The IPs are: 74.125.78.***

    74.125.78.94
    74.125.78.84
    74.125.78.88
    74.125.78.92

    and so on...

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/534.51 (KHTML, like Gecko; Google Web Preview) Chrome/12.0.742 Safari/534.51

Should I worry about this? Is this a Google's employee checking my site? Is this normal?

I've had visits from actual IP adresseses before (similar to those you've shown). It shouldn't be an issue unless you're all lackhat. If you have real content on your site that is wrth google looking at and don't have 8trillion links, than I don't think you have much to worry about.

You may jus be extremly paranoid. Split your hat sir, get grey.

I hope this is part of the search engine algorithm and not an actual person checking something.

The site is totally blackhat. Still indexed though...
