So I have received a trademark infringement email from a company saying that their trademarked word is used in one of the product in my amazon affiliate website. (not even the product, just their word in the product)

Of course I removed that product to avoid any further issues. But the letter requires me to send a signed document which states i have to pay legal fees even after i have deleted the product.

I have not replied to them yet. Should i delete the product from the website and not respond?

    Any advice would be helpful.

Did you search the trademark database (whichever country this relates to) to check if the company in question actually has a trademark? Which country does this relate to?

I would delete the product and anything related to the Trademark but I would not respond to them.
Removing the product should be enough.
If they want fees then they would need to take further action and it probably won't be worth their time and money but it is no guarantee they won't proceed.

It could also be a scam to try and trick people into paying out.
