    I need someone FROM U.S. to receive the letter, scan the letter and send it to the email address provided
    I can even receive the letter myself but the problem is due to poor system of post in my country I did not able to receive it.

    Let me know how much you charge. You must able to receive letter on my name.

    I will pay through moneybookers donot have any other option yet.
