You've been involved with this for a while yet this domain was only registered on Jan 19, 2008? Please refer back to the forum rules and refrain from any type of advertising outside of your signature.

BTW... This in itself was a terrible advertisement as it offered no real insight as to what it is you're doing. The video and sales page didn't build anything up or offer any proof besides showing $$$$. Not a terribly difficult thing to produce.

Anyways, go back and read the forum rules. Introduce yourself to the community, and read the many useful posts provided by others. Afterwards, come back and ask questions you may have or offer up some tactic or method of your own.

No, the TOCS program is definitely NOT a pyramid scheme(MLM). It is a private sharing club. There are no sales quotas, no fancy sounding "positions" to sell, no "matrix" to fill, and there's no ever-widening base to the structure. In a typical pyramid(MLM), only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top and invariably lose their money. That?s completely OPPOSITE from the way the TOCS program was designed!

Man I have got to tell you I almost pee'd my pants when I saw the video!!!

A few years back I owned my own MLM company. The process you go thru to get legal in all the states is an absolute nightmare. Anyways I mention this to say I passed this little URL along to one of my contacts at the Indiana Attorney Generals office who decides if this is a MLM or Ponzi scheme...

,,,they are very interested in chatting with these guys. From what my contac says it is the old saying "if it walks like a duck and qwacks like a duck...its a duck." He pointed out that he thought there was alot of irony in another YouTube video promoting it becuz they used the music from the movie Titanic! He thought it was a suitable piece of music considering that it'll run either out of steam fairly fast of the AG's offices will start puttig the pressure on them. In many states now an MLM (or quasi-mlm) must post bond in order to operate in their state...and that includes on the internet as well.

I'll give the guy props tho'...his cheap little camera still showed those "crisp cold hard cash of $100 dollar bills." I find cash is neither cold not hard...rather its soft and cuddly and very very warm...especially when there's $10K.

I vote thumbs down on its longevity and legality. Kase & drd26 I hope you get out before you loose any more money.

No worries from me AboutBizz... Go back and read my statement. I said this was a terrible first post and the looks of the offer matched. I have absolutely NO chance of getting involved. But thanks for looking out for me anyways.

Thank you so much for reporting this one. It's so insidious how they are trying to suck people in. Shoot, I've had huge experience to know to stay away from this, yet I was so tempted to sign up. They wanted a phone number and that stopped me cold. No way I want to talk to them.

Sure, you don't have to give them your money...it will just flow in your front door...they manufacture money (that's why it's so crisp). Ding dong... what's that? Avon calling or the FedEx guy with my money :D

By definition, Cash Gifting is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash (strictly as a gift) and giving it freely without coercion or consideration. Cash Gifting is not a loan or a payment for goods or services. It?s called a cash gift because that?s exactly what it is...a gift of cash. Private cash gifting is a concept embraced by private groups of individuals and has been in existence for many years. Our private activity does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There is no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $11,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.
--Hope this clarifies for any people who are still skeptical about this activity--

I agree with the exception of this is not MLM, but this is rather a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme.

MLM is a legitimate way of business (like Amway, Herbalife, Vitamark, Arbonne, Mary Kay, Nu Skin, just to mention a few only). In MLM you invest a lot of money and a lot of work, you trade goods, and you may reach break even within 1-2 years. If you are really great, making out of your MLM business a life-style, you may eventually retire after 5-6 years with a nice sum. But MLM involves a LOT of learning and self development along several years. I have some friends working in MLM and achieving really good profits, but you can hardly talk with them about any other subject, then their MLM business, which they've fallen in love with.

A pyramid scheme involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, usually without any product or service being delivered, and is illegal.

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that involves paying abnormally high returns to investors out of the money paid in by subsequent investors, rather than from net revenues generated by any real business.

Certainly, none of the above would fit in any topics of a BH forum.

And here should be the end of time wasted for such threads.

I must say, I have mixed feelings about reporting things to authorities, these scams usually end up costing people who are looking for something for nothing. I am personally of the mind that short of witnessing a murder or crimes against children, there isn't any reason to have any dealings with law enforcement or government agencies. I feel for the people who lose their life savings to the Nigerians but I also recognize that they ought to know better, and a fool and his money, blah blah blah..

Lets not forget what is technically illegal... fraud is illegal, theft of services is illegal, hacking is illegal, piracy is illegal.. Pick which side your on and if you don't like it don't get involved in it, but start chumming up to anyone that works for the gov't and you've got a snake in your pocket.

Personally law enforcement has never protected me from shit, but they have ruined my day a few times. Statements like "I sent this over to my buddy at the DA's office" make me uneasy, I hope I never end up making you angry. I'm not up to anything but in the past Ive sent my share of bulk emails, and who knew that was going to turn into such a hornets nest.

Actually my feelings arent mixed. Its pretty black and white to me. Pun intended..

Everybody, there is nothing shady about the method and whole point of it, because there cant be, it is simply a cash gifting network which in what it means it what it sounds like, Its like giving a gift, and if done right those earning potentials can be realistic daily expectations, I think the purpose of the site is to provide an environment where this can be organized and managed and properly tracked to the point that all efforts can be focused on earnings rather the technical difficulties, I mean look at myspace, I can go to United States and probably meet Stacy then Canada to meet John, But why when I can do it here on myspace? I think this is a system built around a universal method and a few rules, search google for "cash gifting" this is nothing of new and it is simply something possible like anything with the help of many focused individuals with one goal, you see we are all focused on marketing and we are all in the same place, now the only thing that I think should could would rightfully be scummy about "this" offer if this site has no real tracking and the tools that it claims it does. This guy isn't new on the block by any means, he is on youtube too and other sites I see promoting his site (maybe). Well what I'm trying to say, there is nothing shady about sharing/gifting which is what this is about so the method is legit, what should be questioned is does this guy has his website tools down (which seems believable). He acts as a middlewheel to connect people with a goal of sharing and gifting for profits, These results IMHO are expectable if this system is what is hyped out to be.
