Does anybody know of a plugin or easy way to rebuild the permalinks\guids for posts in a wordpress blog after a domain change or 3?

Not sure if I got this right, but I do remember when I had to restore a backup xml of the posts to a new domain. Had to make changes in the MySQL DB to get the main domain right and then had to just click on the 'Permalink' save button from the WP settings.

I've 1000 Posts with the title "Just a Phrase 4daw6d8aw7489daw646daw94832) and I want to remove this crap at the end (not similiar to every post).. So I'm going to edit the Title via phpmyadmin, but than the post_name and the guid are still looking like "just-a-phrase-4daw..." and I want to rebuild this 2 fields after I changed all the titles..
