I found a keyword with really strange stats for global exact search, 100k exact search, with 99% of it coming from UK when it's a keyword like "TV deals" , could it be fake searches ? or someone trying to increase the CPC ? I can't believe this is real, is there anyway to check if the volume search is accurate ?

Unless I'm confused, to increase the CPC wouldn't two or more individuals need to bid on the same keyword in Adwords which would amplify the value?

As for your question it is peculiar that 99% of the search volume would come for such a tight geographic area, if you like I'd be very interested in hearing about the keyword and looking into it. Very intriguing!

    I'd start here:

    http://www.google.co.uk

    http://www.google.com/insights/search/

Sometimes those Brits word things differently and sometimes they have stuff like TV shows and shops that are very popular in the UK that the rest of the world hasn't even heard of. I imagine it is either something local (like a shop) or just something that is worded a little differently than it would be in the US.

Google insight doesn't say anything different, and it's not a show/shop/not something worded differently, as the other keyword equivalent has 15k search

I am kinda involved with this keyword in business, and I really can't believe 100k exact for UK, 1k exact for US, with a keyword that can be worded differently in US, but the US equivalent got 10% of the traffic of the UK's one,... well let's say I'll trust Google on the search .

Yeah, trust Google, you don't have much choice. Take a look at monthly trends, you can do so via the keyword tool and Insights. Also look at previous years. A big company can push crazy volume if they're doing broadcast or something else that will lead people to search a related keyword.
