I started an authority gaming site a few weeks ago and I've been working very diligently on the project giving close to 8-10 hours a day of dedicated time. Everything is pretty much ready, everyday I make a list of things I need to do for the site before I launch it, but now I can't think of anything. But, for some reason, I still can't muster the courage of actually launching the site. I'm providing a service for these people in the form of tournaments, and if I fail the first time, I will most likely fail entirely. The gaming community least to say is very unforgiving.
My Twitter, Facebook, & Youtube all look amazing and they all push towards my site. Everything just looks so good, but for some reason it feels like somethings missing and I can't figure it out...
Does anyone else get this feeling before launching a service? Have any tips for a new guy?
