I started an authority gaming site a few weeks ago and I've been working very diligently on the project giving close to 8-10 hours a day of dedicated time. Everything is pretty much ready, everyday I make a list of things I need to do for the site before I launch it, but now I can't think of anything. But, for some reason, I still can't muster the courage of actually launching the site. I'm providing a service for these people in the form of tournaments, and if I fail the first time, I will most likely fail entirely. The gaming community least to say is very unforgiving.

My Twitter, Facebook, & Youtube all look amazing and they all push towards my site. Everything just looks so good, but for some reason it feels like somethings missing and I can't figure it out...

Does anyone else get this feeling before launching a service? Have any tips for a new guy?

with all the time you put in im sure you have every thing covered now show your baby to the world!!! If you believe you shall succeed!!

have you had any beta testers / reviewers - could be a good option try and get some reputable forum members from the gaming community to check it out for you?
