I just finished a site for a pretty interesting program on my CPA network and i started PPC.

    The problem:

The product is around a disney kids "tiny bopper band" with the majority of audience (and people clicking) VERY likely under 18.

In their "program requirements" for this partiuclar offer they say "offer valid for US resident 18 and over".

Its a simple email submit and i get cash by them filling in their email.

If it turns out that 99% of them are kids...would they charge back the payout?

Why the **** would someone make a marketing campaign using a kids band from disney channel but requirements 18 and over?

I am a little pissed..i dont want to lose the commissions.

I would bet you have nothing to worry about. I bet they just used standard "fine print" in the offer.

I think any major advertiser MUST have thought about that too.

Who knows, maybe they (the advertiser and CPA network) are even expecting kids only.

Do you need a credit card for the offer?

well, nope, i get paid for a simple email submit. What they have to do, i dont know. CC is likely because they need to "participate" with some offers to get their "free gift". Maybe this is borderline scam (or just really idiotic) since its a given than 90% of them are teenager girls from 8 to max. 16 :)

They will use these emails for other programmes for kids......its like quantity promotion not quality promotion......they take emails for disney products and then promote other products too with that..if they are able to sell minimum amount of products in each niche then they will make the same money if they promote a single extensively attractive niche........because kids don't want much things to enjoy, its adults who require different products to keep going......
As a matter of fact, they are saving money by getting emails from one product and promoting other products too for kids as there are not so many products for kids...In other way, its smart marketing....

First question, how would they know? And do not forget that you are already on BHW.

This might not be a problem for short term but when they see them your leads are not converting well as they expect, this might be a little problem :)

Haha I saw this SAME offer and thought the SAME thing. I didn't pump it yet...but I bet you a trillion dollars I know which offer you have, and which network you got it from.

    Making any $$$ yet?
