i wanna create a websbite contain about design, anyone have a good advice about its cms and its template?
if i wanna create a website like this: http://www.theballetcats.com, is this using php? or it just a combination between iframe and html?
please help me guys..

It's not WP. It's more like custom made design with implemented blog and shop modules.Yeah it uses php.You can do this with WP or any other small CMS, you just need to research which CMS would be the best
