I'm a music concert and event promoter thats looking for someone that has a software or service that can deliver the ability to identify, analyze, locate and promote to potential customers that would have a high probability to buy tickets or attend a upcoming concert or event in their area or a 50 miles radius in surrounding cities. The game changer will be a software or service to have the ability to almost guarantee a certain amount of people that will attend a event.

This service exists, it's called Ticketmaster. Live Nation has ridiculously targeted email lists throughout the United States in every city big and small. They have a few "3rd party providers" (owned by LN or Ticketmaster) out there that have access to the Ticketmaster database and can get your events in email blasts. Best bet would be to try to reach out to them.

Reach out to schools offer them a percentage of proceeds for sending an ad home to their students. The money is in collecting the addresses and using the sold tickets to lure sponsors who want that demographic.

    Charities are also great tools.

Thx for both very good suggestions, I guess I was looking for a traffic provider with the ability to target a specific group of traffic in the area of my posted event on social media. For example, if I post I was have a rap concert in Hardeeville, Sc what traffic provider have the ability to drive traffic in that city and areas in a fifty mile radius to my post. if thats possible I can see the number of possible attendees to my events.

Most marketers can help in promotting any gig , but being honest you can do it your self , just setup a nice looking website showing the event then use adwords to get the traffic to the website for ticket sales ......

Or use ticketmaster but they will wont a lot in commission it like 33% of the sale of a ticket ....

Thx redarrow for that good suggestion I was thinking about the website approch but right now I don't have enough events for that. social media seems to be the way to go for now. I thought it was a way to do some type of analytics that would identify people in the area and surrounding areas of your event.
