I have this real jacktard competitor on eBay that can't handle competition. If I so much as put an item on sale for a price lower than his, he loses it. Lately to the point of sending harrassing and threatening emails. There's more, but I'll keep it short and get to his latest stunt - I noticed after a couple pissed off messages from him a few sales came in on my cheapest items all from buyers in the same vincinity as my competitor's location. This immediately threw up a red flag, but I wanted more than suspicion, I wanted definitive proof. So I threw up a hail mary and typed his name in on Facebook - sure enough I found him and to my joy his friends list was public, and what do you know all of the buyer names from the suspicious orders matched friends of his. :haha: I'm thinking I have him by the balls at this point, so I place a call to eBay only to be told that they can't use any "evidence" from outside of the eBay system. So what should I do? I've tried to bait one of these people in to admitting they know competitor so that I can nail him to the cross for this, but so far I've got no response. I'm thinking since I'm going to get a neg regardless I should just cancel the transaction, refund their money, and refuse to ship the items. If he gets away with this I plan on full retaliation, so I'd love to hear ideas for that as well.
