Kinda new at this and need something clarified

Alright im going to try and get 100 sites/blogs making a dollar a day. Im going to try and get my traffic through search engines. I have 1 domain already but I don't want to buy and register 100 domains. Is there a major dropoff trying to get your paged ranked on search engines having 100 different domains or just 1 domain and have every "site" a different subdomain?

From a search engine's perspective, subdomains are treated as their own, separate domains.

The thing to be careful about would be excessive crosslinking between your domains, as that might be seen as a scheme to boost ranking, but a certain amount of crosslinking is all right.

Why do 100 blogs making a dollar a day each, though?

Building up 10 to make 10 dollars a day each would probably be easier.

I like the separate domains myself. It's also better to put these on separate IPs for increased credibility and ranking -- :)
 
If you are just going to do blog sites then go with blog.com, blogger.com, and wordpress.com

The sites are free :)

I you are new at this I wouldnt recommend 100 blog, like mattstrike said 10 @ 10 dollars a day would be much easier to manage. I have about 15 blogs at the moment and it can be time consuming just making sure that everything is running smoothly etc etc.

Also, I have had good experiences with sub domains and this will obviously save you from having to fork out $$$'s on domain registration for 100 domains.
 
Ever thought of creating thousands of blogs ?? it might give u more extra money if you got the right product.
 
i dont think he is asking that question....he just wants to know the ranking in search engines.
