For traffic, I have been posting blog posts on multiple Facebook groups with multiple accounts.
However, couple days again I think I over did it; I shared one post with about 4 accounts (to over 300 groups each).

Yesterday, when I tried to share any thing Faceb00k kept doing security check where I have to choose a lion or a flower.

So, I am considering to hide my IP, which I believe is the one messing up things.

Should I use a Proxy or VPN?

I havent used any before, so Im rookie to them both. However, I have read.
Any other advice or suggestion is welcomed.

In this particular case, a proxy or VPN wont help you. You triggered the SPAM filter of Facebook and nothing can help you with that but good behavior

Thank you for your prompt respond.

I realised that only the accounts used are infected.
Could I create new accounts with a VPN service?

you don't need VPN unless you're planning on using more than your web-browser. Private proxies would be enough. Find some plugin for your navigator and enter your proxies address and you're go to go. (Clear cookies, cache ans all that of course)
