Not a bad read, especially the first one - but I call bullshit on the studies. I bet they're just educated guesses disguised as studies for the linkbait. (It worked though - he got 3 from here)

As my image reply is a little small, let me add some stuff here. Well those articles are admittedly not very scientific, but they are highlighting on the usefulness of machine learning, in particular of Bayes classifier. The first article in special explains very well IMHO how ML works. I am not on missionary mission here, I just felt I have to share this. If you don't understand it, leave it. It's nothing for you.

But I am not just referencing articles, I am using this stuff. What I am currently implementing in my own ML project is the max entropy classifier http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximum_entropy_classifier which is perfectly suited for my needs. Read on the wikipedia article if you want to learn more about that. With it, I can predict certain stuff and increase the efficiency of my AI tremendously. Doing this is not a big secret but involves more than only pressing the start (XRumer,SB,BMD) button. It is also more difficult to understand than "I belive that duplicate content is/is not a myth." or "I think profile posts are/are not worthless" etc etc etc

This is B.S packed in a nice way.. a good link bait. How can any scientific method endorse ranking of a xrumer link (created by xrumer blast in an unrelated cheap site)? Everything is B.S: There is not method to this madness, google by saying that its aim to to give better user experience is throwing up some irrelevant results.
