Re-Using Content

If I have a site that gets penalized into the stone age; how soon can I re-use the content on a new site and not trip any duplicate content issues with papa G?

If I simply remove the content from the site, can I instantly re-use it on another because now the new site is the only source of it on the web? Or does the actual pages have to de-index first?

You should wait until the page gets de-indexed from Google.

Yea, that will work.

Just set it up and 301 the old page to the new page, this has worked for me a few times.
