Re-selling domain with almost exact name to a big company

Hi all,

I'm looking for advice.
Recently I bought a domain, which has 90% similar name as the one, which this company has and when seaching in google by it's name or the keywords separately it give's exactly the same results as the original domain.
What should I be taking into concideration before offer them to buy it or there isn't any chance?

Does anyone have experience in this kind of cases?

So, depending on which country you're in & which one the company is in; it's a bad idea.

Essentially what it shows their legal team is that you registered the domain name in order to get them to buy it.

Of which, they can most likely acquire that domain name from you legally if it's too similar.

Just be aware that there's a chance that when you approach them, they may be able to secure the domain from you legally without paying anything.
