Re-directing Lean Impact traffic?

Does anyone happen to know of a way I can use a meta redirect to send Lead Impact traffic to another page or offer based on the lead impact user agent possibly?

Normal traffic will load the site fine
Lead Impact traffic will be redirected to an offer or different page after say 5-10 seconds or instantly if I need to.
