I have a domain from 2009 that was setup using WP Robot. This site doesn't rank anymore nor does it make any money. I'm not sure if it even gets any traffic. I think it was de-indexed by Google a while back because none of the pages appeared in the G's webmaster tools. Should I shut this site down and redirect the domain to another related domain? Will this redirect hurt the ranked domain?

Why on earth you want to redirect a website to another if it doesn't get any traffic? also it's sandboxed by Google, so there is not any SEO value on redirecting such domain... not indexed = no link juice passed on
