    Hi all,

I am new to this forum and most likely I am not the first to ask about ReaI Estate. However I went through the first few pages of this section and found zero threads on this topic. So there arent any recent threads in that matter, and perhaps the most recent thread on this topic (whenever it was) may be outdated.

Anyways, I decided to start with making a godaddy built webpage which has its own SEO (not sure about the quality). And that is it so far. I am not interested in cold calling, door to door, or other traditional methods because despite that they still work, in my market in socal it is very saturated.

So how should I start, what questions should I ask, or what programs should I start using whether free, cheap, and expensive. What questions do you have for me for better guiding?

As far as what I am tying to do:
Improve digital marketing for high quality leads first and then I will worry about digital marking for listing properties.

    Thanks

First you can filter the results for dates, here are results from 2018 and onwards.

i guess you can even find older posts which are relevant. Some posts are timeless.

when reading forums you mostly read a lot and learn a little every time, or even just get some good inspiration and motivation.

if you ask specific questions you will get specific answers.

where are you planning to get your traffic from?

what is your KPI - how much can you invest in each lead to consider it a win.

what is your funnel / nurturing strategy. how do you plan to convert those leads, what conversion rates you expect, and what rate will make you profitable.

You need to start with some sort of plan, it doesn't have to be a full on business plan - just sort of.

    @SocialEyez

The leads would come from my county (local) in southern California.

With regards to HOW I would convert them. That part I have taken care of. Its the digital outreach/marketing/advertising that needs to be narrowed down. Yes that is a vague objective but there are so many marketing companies that constantly spam agents phones and PROMISE leads for agents.. Ill take zillow for example...but there are many more. That is why I wanted to know if anyone knew any reputable programs that do their part

Ill make a seperate post asking about using Godaddy

    Thanks for your input

Instead of focusing on SEO, I'd suggest you get into your local business directories in socal? Get a bunch of your clients to review you and rank yourself up in those directories? And.. ahem... buy some reviews too? RE doesn't really need SEO unless you're promoting beach properties of something that would attract buyers from around the world, you would only need to reach people from socal.
