So I attempted applying to EPN a week or two ago, and was rejected. My site was just a Wordpress blog that autoposted auctions from eBay.
This time, I want to make a nice site about a specific niche with good content, privacy policy, contact page, etc. Or I could find someone else's site and use that, but I'd have to sign up with a gmail or something. I was told I should clear all my cookies and flash cookies, and reapply with a new IP address, or even a VPN. After that, though, can I go back to using my normal IP address?
Any tips for this situation in general are greatly appreciated.
