But as of now:

1. I ordered a 30$ RDP, Europe - no country selection possible - ok. no problem
2. RDP was activated
3. No Login Details (password), were sent
4. Wrote a Ticket, no answer
5. I Tried to reach out to the Admin on TG. His Name is literally "RDP.MONSTER | Support Slowed Down"
6. Bio: Website : https://rdp.monster/ @rdp_monster - ⚠️ Spam/Too hasty = Mute -> Thats exactly what a good customer service is about. But wait.
7. There is no TG Channel anymore, so it is inaccessible.
8. Writing the support bot, which is smart at least, tells me that usually, after Registration and Setup, an Email is sent to the Buyer, and there is inside the Portal an Inbox where the Email with Credentials should also appear. Neither of these was the case.
9. I wrote another ticket that I truly need the RDP. I tried them, but I usually use another ticket for a long time.
10. Instead of doing "Customer Care", Admin instead tries to make sales here
11. Today, i got an Email with Credentials, with the words: "
Hey,
We've resent the login details. Can you please check your spam or your primary mail?"

I know that I never got an E-Mail.
If there had been a spam filter, then at least the credentials would have been visible in the page's inbox, which was not the case.

I already told them this morning that im waiting for hours to get an answer today in this morning i canceled the service (then the Mail came with the credentials)

12. Somehow, the ticket with me told them that I'm not satisfied, either with the unknown country you are located in or "Europe" somewhere, who knows.

In addition, you deleted the message in which I asked kindly for a refund because it was not even nine hours ago since set-up.
Now im waiting and waiting and waiting.

My personal opinion:
- Never touch a VPS/RDP Provider who has not even had the chance to reach out to them.
The only way, through Telegram, is to contact the Admin (who has a weird bio), and a bot, which is at least answering, but after he asked me to call a human, i agreed.
No one came.

Tries this like 3x.
Again, could you please refund my money?

And please do not waste another day where I paid and received sh**.

Hello Zotix, we'll answer your comment point by point.

1. Not displaying the country is a choice, if the customer wants to know more about our locations, feel free to contact us. I don't see what this has to do here.
2. The emails have been sent to you and we have proof from our email service provider: MailerSend (no bounces from them). We have nevertheless sent you a new email, which is also available in your customer area (top right -> Email History).
3. Credentials are sent by mail, like always (but, nvm...)
4. You opened a ticket on September 26 at 7:05 and we replied at 10:10, contrary to what you say. And you answered this ticket yesterday at 10:00 pm! When support is not available. (cf. screenshot)
5/6/7. This account is only used to manage the channel, because... yes, contrary to what you say, we have a channel, yeaaaah ! https://t.me/rdp_monster
8. We'll say that a bug from our side... even if we have logs & even if we've resent the mail a second time after your ticket.
9. We have NO record of your second ticket on our site, you only created one ticket. And you answered this one late last night.
10. We have, i sincerely believe, very good support and all the points we address above show very well how well our support team was able to handle this case. I'm not going to talk about bad faith, but there's a real problem here, and it's not one of support!
12. We haven't deleted ANY messages? Attached is the discussion we had via Telegram.

We are sincerely surprised by this message with so many lies and so much bad faith. We have hundreds of satisfied customers, sometimes customers complain and we manage to resolve their concerns as well as possible. But... how do you solve problems when the customerl ies openly on a forum? We're saddened by this situaiton and wish it could have a gone differently Zotix!
