VERY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT BUY.

1. Order was late and well past posted TAT. I ordered on 5/20 and did not receive the report until today, 6/11. That means it took 23 days which is 8 days past their maximum posted TAT.

2. All links were found on Ahrefs. THIS IS VERY BAD FOR A PBN. I should not easily be able to find these links and do no trust the security of this service. I assume there will be many footprints which will lead to Google penalties.

3. The metrics are very bad on Ahrefs for UR/DR. I am posting home screenshots of some of the link metrics below.

I am not happy with this service at all and have requested a refund due to the above points but have been denied. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS SERVICE.

We enjoy working with our clients, and are always happy to respond promptly to any questions or issues. What we don't like are the occasional clients who are acting in bad faith when asking for issues to be addressed.

You sent us a PM regarding this matter while we were asleep - threatening a bad review unless you received a refund.

I woke up four hours later and immediately responded to your PM, saying:
"Hi - the metrics are as promised in our thread, TF > 20 and high topical TF.
However, I'm troubled by the fact that you were able to find some of the sites on ahrefs - that should not be happening. I'm looking into this and will be back to you."

An hour later, I saw that you had already posted your "threatened bad review" in our thread.
I PM'd you again, saying:
"You were NOT denied a refund. What I said was:
<< I'm looking into this and will be back to you. >>
Please remove the review while this is being reviewed and discussed."

I didn't hear from you again for several days, when you said "I'll delete once this problem is fixed."

Meanwhile, I looked into the situation and found that:
1. We had told you ahead of time that your links were posted, but the report would be delayed because our chief VA was suffering with Dengue Fever and the reports had gotten backed up.
2. As stated, the metrics were indeed as promised in our thread, with all sites TF > 20. In fact, they were all TF > 22, with three of your ten posts on sites that were TF 35, TF 36 and TF 36. We don't promise, nor do we even evaluate, UR and DR.
3. We *did* find a few of the sites listed on ahrefs - as I had told you in my initial PM, I was troubled by that possibility and it turned out to be the case. We investigated, and found that several of our hosts (separate hosts, but owned by the same parent company) had - without telling us - changed their php versions which broke our crawler blocking software. That issue has now been fixed.

I PM'd you again to tell you that you knew the report would be delayed, the metrics were all as promised, but you were correct that several sites were visible on ahrefs. I told you that I appreciated you letting us know about the issue, we were not happy that the issue had happened, and because of the ahrefs situation we were issuing a refund. The refund was issued the same day.

I then waited for you to remove or amend the review, as promised. Needless to say, you didn't.
And then today, I was notified that you had requested a refund from PayPal - *ten days after* we had already sent you a refund.

We don't know what your agenda is, but as I said at the start, we enjoy working with clients and are happy to address any issues (which thankfully, don't occur often). This was - for obvious reasons - one of those situations we did not enjoy. We respond promptly and deal respectfully with clients. All we ask is that they do the same.

Yes, we sent you two PMs over the last two weeks to tell you your reports were ready, but that we needed a different email to deliver them since (as we say on the order form) we don't deliver to gmail addresses. Please get back to us via PM - and as we ask all clients repeatedly, please ask support questions via email or PM. Since we're only allowed to post in a thread once per day, you'll get a much faster response.
