My main question is why they are selling it to others , i believe that they are doing more than 70% of the total sites work for that 5 articles and everything included, that less than 30%(may be less than that) is seo, just the normal link building process...

My mind says that there must be something inside these services... im curious to know.

and why Keyword research service exists, no idea... if they can provide easiest to rank keywords that can make 10 times the buyer pays him for those keywords in next 2 months or so then why he himself is not building it for himself , instead of getting 1/10 of his researched keywords potential, he could easily build sites and dominate things from the start. i would have done that.

    Simple questions..

may be im missing something here.. please enlighten me on this.

Because that's not even close to 70% of the work. Sure, having good keywords and optimizing a couple articles for it is a great start but you'll want to constantly add good and fresh content and build links. That is like 1000x more work than doing the keyword research and, especially in competitive niches, can take several months of doing this stuff daily to rank above competition.

So if I have 100,000 easy to rank keywords, i should start building 100,000 websites? If you don't want to open your mind to the fact that the world is big enough for every to exist. Then I pity you.

Think of SEO. i can do a lot of SEO work, so if i get clients who want to rank for their terms, instead of me doing what am paid to do. Build links and try to rank my client site. I will go all out, take my client keywords, build a similar site and then rank! Boom! I will keep doing this until there is no more keywords available?

Start thinking outside the box. /rant/end/

you mean they are making way more than what they could have made using some of the easiest KW they know in that same time frame ?

You also need to build something that converts into sales, or is profitable with ads... just because a keyword pulls traffic, does not necessarily mean it will bring you instant profit. There's tons of variables, and like mentioned above, rankings are by no means guaranteed, and these days take more time to develop your rankings even if you do have some nice low comp keywords to go after.

Where as doing the research and selling the keywords is a guaranteed income. It's the exact same rational for any provider of SEO/IM related services.

Why are CPA affiliate managers not simply killing it with CPA offers and working office hours instead? Well because instead of choosing high risk/high reward, they choose stable income (which is still a very nice income).

but they don't emphasize much on these things i guess, so far i have seen what i have said above, and they clearly mention they are the easiest to rank KW which also means they have so less competition.

Because you wont make money with just what they provide.

I actually have a keyword research BST on BHW (which I'll be closing soon partially because I come here mostly to get away from work, not do more of it) and I've been doing keyword research giveaways on this forum as well. Allow me to explain why I sell and give away keywords and answer your other questions:
You see, every now and then I come across a very easy-to-rank-for keyword or a set of keywords while I'm performing keyword research for my own sites that I either feel are not really applicable to my the niches of my sites/my clients sites or they're not the type of keywords I'm looking for (a good example of easy keywords that receive decent traffic are the referral spam keywords I mention in this thread). Instead of just skipping these keywords, I found it easier and more beneficial to sell and give them away to someone else who would benefit from these keywords.
Ah yes, why don't I just create another site to rank for the keywords that aren't in my niches? The answer to that is that I don't have the time. Not only do I have my own sites in niches I enjoy to manage, but I also have many client sites to manage. I also have hobbies an errands to run outside of this as I'm just one person, so I'm not going to spend any more time creating extra websites in niches that wouldn't interest me.

Now, some sellers make the "you'll rank in 2 months without any work" promise, but I'm always up front with people about this: I can't guarantee if or when you'll rank for a keyword. There are many factors in SEO, and proper keyword research is just one of them. I can provide someone with a keyword that hardly has any competition, but if they don't know the first thing about on-page or off-page SEO, then they still wouldn't rank for it. I'm pretty sure there are some people who can't even rank for those easy referral spam keywords in that thread (by the way, I go over the reason I revealed those keywords in that thread as well).
Actually, another keyword researcher here on BHW, Andres1986, mentions the reason he sells keywords in his FAQ. Admittedly, I didn't go over this reason in my own BST as I felt it was unnecessary.

I hope this answered your questions. :)
