Rating Stars under SERP listing

Hey guys,



I would like to know if any of you know how to have "Rating Star" as well as "Rating score" written down under your SERP listing?

Let say you have a page about "Apple Pie Recipe Reviews", what would you add to your HTML code to make google add your rating score below your serp listing.

I was wondering the same thing. I checked out a few recipe websites since they tend to have the rating stars in the serps. Some of them have meta tags pointing to schema.org, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I was actually reading about that this morning. It's a result of using structured data by using tags created by schema-org to help the robots "properly" read the data in your review, product etc. You can throw a lot of good stuff in there with it.

List of commonly used item types, with code examples are listed after you click "get started".

I'll be working some of this into my pages today to see how it goes. It's also perfect for sites created using datafeeds.

I think you still have to be a highly trusted site for google to display the ratings, I have reviews on many sites and the stars dont show up next to my listings.

is there any way of pre-loading the GD Star wordpress plugin with ratings?
