No big fan of RapidShare, if this sticks it will apply to ALL file-hosting services, although how they will Police this I have no idea.

I don't know if this was the final judgment or if it can still be appealed in German courts.
 
I think as long as there are other places and services which operate outside any of these states, its useless for police and other organizations to prosecute it or do you believe countries like Panama, Asian countires care about it;):D
