Okay, so I paid someone to do a product testimonial for me in Fiverr.

After that, I edit a little bit of it, uploaded to youtube (so technically, it is MY original content).
Then I blasted views, backlinks, .etc.

Here's the wtf part... I just found out my video was deleted.

    Reason? Copyright Infringement.

A bitch by the name of "Emma Brayden" claim copyright over my content. Worst part is, I can't find a way to fight back and claim back my rightful ownership. And because I use a fake account to upload, I couldn't just email to copyright@youtube.com because they will definitely ban my account (because of blog spams, .etc).

And to add insult to injury, fuckin' Youtube forced me to do a quiz on copyright. They won't let me bypass or anything unless I 'pass' the quiz.
e.g: "Which of the following is copyrighted? 1) Your idea 2) Your Youtube Video 3) Your Name 4)Your Age"

Sheesh.. oh well, back to work.

May I ask, that isnt the only video making you money on that channel, is it?

If it is the only video on your channel, you might as well email Youtube to see if you can get problem resolved. If you dont email them, you lose the video for sure. If you email them, you have a chance of getting the video reinstated :)

If I'm not mistaken, YT won't allow him to upload new videos until he passes the quiz? Or that only applies to saving this one.
As long as you still have the video on your hard drive you could upload it again later. Now I can't help but laugh a little at the thought of the ball in your Avatar being a certain persons skull...maybe I'm a little scary.

I have a team of "Emma Brayden"s who claim copyright infringement. Some videos from competitors, are easy to get taken down with out a fight
