    Hi,

I've created a website 1month ago and it got indexed by google right away due to backlinks, but I still havent got ranked in bing and yahoo, not that I care about tose SE but just curious why i'm not ranked there, do i need to make manually submissions to get indexed by those SE? I've never had this issue before and i've been working with SEO quit a bit now.

That is strange as my sites usually rank higher on them than G. Would also love to know the answer here as it might help us all.

i really wouldnt worry about it. bing and yahoo make up like 5% of the search market, so you're not missing out on much.

Bing and yahoo spiders crawl websites much less frequently than google. It sometimes takes up to three months so I wouldn't be too surprised that your page hasn't been indexed yet. Those search engines aren't that widely used anyway so don't worry about it.

Some times it pays to have that extra #1 spot on the other readheaded step child search engines. Even if it's only an extra 5-20 visitors per month.

Also yahoo organics seem to convert almost by double in some niches.

Consider to auto post your blog update to Twitter and Identica, It looks like Y and B Bots love this kind of micro blog. This method works to me.
Simple way : Post by email to Ping.fm ---->Twitter and Identi.ca

Google is more organic than other search engines. Others can reserve spots for people who pay for spots more so than google.

But google recently changed their indexing algorithms to exclude a lot of stuff that was being included before, so its more difficult to be indexed unless you put a good amount of work into your site.

domain age and domain name matters a lot in bing and yahoo. they have problems indexing pages also. very hard to beat domains with the exact keyword in yahoo or bing even if you are an authority site.

Well i think you should go for some SEO activity for yahoo and bing as well.Have you submit your site to al SE.Bing is little bit slower in crawling than google.Do some link building tactics for getting quality backlinks.

It's always like that, yahoo and bing are slow to catch up. Just be glad it's not the other way around.
