I use WP robot for an autoblog. Would it hurt my overal rankings if I redirect my title urls of a post to my homepage? By example ... someone comes through Google and lands on www.url.com/post123 with title "post123". The title is a hyperlink that directs to the post url. What would happen if I would redirect al titles to my hompage url? (I want this because my mainurl is my money site). Any ideas about this? Good or bad?

Just linking the title to the homepage should be fine. Not sure what you mean by redirecting the link.

If you just want to funnel the traffic to your money page, a large, centered call to action would work better than hoping they click the article title.

Yeah why would you want to do that, that will hurt your SERPS for each post, if thats what your trying place for. Use a strong call to action on your side bars or header, to make them driven to your "money" page
