If there is a word or phrase that is used as slang and is not the proper name for it, is there a way to rank for it without any mention of it in description etc.

    Eg:
Plastic Surgeon - breast implants washington
People searching for boob jobs - washington

What tips would people give for ranking for a site without mentioned the search term?

Also a second follow up question, if a keyword is spelled wrong and has a large amount of members, do you also try rank for the misspelled keyword, if so how.

I see a lot of keywords and some have half the amount of search traffic to the main keyword but it's not the correct spelling, can I gain traffic from that?

    1. You can rank by a term with no mention of it, only with backlinks.

    2. Sure, using typos is an old SEO method.
